So glad we found a wonderful place to eat at that offers more than Italian food. Our server,Audriana was AMAZING! The service was awesome and the food was delicious.

Very happy to see American food here because we are sick of pizza and pasta. Thank you Hardrock for some good food and training servers for good service.

Bacon burger, with bacon and cheese fries. I didn't care for the fries the cheese sauce has a grainy texture and when they get cold they were stuck together. Regular fries are better.
Son had the sliders and said they were good and I had the chicken tenders they were good as well with regular fries the fries were served hot and the food was all fantastic!

The food was good and the service was good the place was packed and we were just craving an American meal. I know shake your head all you want however when you have been in Europe for months and you finally see an American restaurant you have to go to feed those cravings.

We were going to have lunch here. Got seated. Totally ignored for 20 minutes, so we left.

    Not impressed.

Ok, so we came here with the intent to sit in an air conditioned restaurant, have a nice lunch, and let our kids take a break from all the walking.  Guess what, it was perfect.  Steps away from St Mark's Square, this place has standard American food if you're in need of a break from the amazing local fare.

Food quality: on par with a typical Hard Rock Cafe. We got a grilled chicken sandwich (pictured), which came with bacon, and folks, what doesn't taste great with bacon in it? So it was excellent. The kids ended up getting chicken tenders and Mac and cheese and they were both a hit. I ended up also getting a cappuccino too as an after lunch energy boost, and it got me ready for more walking.

Service: the servers were really nice, spoke English, and made conversation with the kids--we were attended on throughout the lunch.

Ambience: don't expect a quiet restaurant, there is a good volume speaker system playing rock music through most of the place so you'll get some familiar tunes in your head.  It was not overbearing or painfully loud, but was notable.

PROS: great location near St Mark's Square. Accessible even during high tide. Friendly servers that speak English. Food was very good for American food in a foreign country.  Bathrooms were clean

CONS: prices are a bit high but hey, it's no hole in the wall place, this is a touristy restaurant catering to US customers.  Music is constantly playing so not a place for quiet conversation.

BOTTOM LINE: if you want a little break from all the walking, clean restrooms, a place to sit for an hour or so and not be pushed out, and friendly service with pretty solid food, this is the place to go near St Mark's square. We were glad we came for a recharge here.

Boy I'm stressed at work and am writing Yelpviews. Lmao. Productive huh, while rolling to my next meeting.  Yelp is an awesome de-stressor.

I love Venezia,  but Man, I love me a good burger or American plate after a lot of local fare. Here, we had a burger (not pictured) and a salmon with some sauce that I wanted to leave out.  So our cool tatted server said, "I'm guessing you're from the U.S. so would you like some sliced avocado on your fresh fish?"  Better than the sauce we offer.  I said, "Sure!"   Weird combo but it worked well.

I just loved how we can eat  "'Merican" while surrounded by Murano glass. It's like lounging an Art museum. But Nah, it's Hard Rock Venezia.

People were super helpful and loved that they tripped on us because they felt sorry we had a President named Donald Trump!

5 stars for the Murano glass and super service to us poor Trumped Americans here ;)).  5 stars to the Venetians!  Grazie mille molto gentile.

Visits: 3 for drinks late nite, e una cena delilziosa Americana.

Tip:  The Hotel Bonvecchiati is literally 20 storefronts away from the Hard Rock.  Most restos close at 9pm, you can eat and cocktail it up here until 1am. Then walk home in the silent, dark and sensual Venetian night happy as sh&(t.
